By creating an account and using Ours ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Ours is a private app for a couple to keep shared memories, plans, and lists. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live (and at least 13, or 16 where required). You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Everything you add — words, photos, lists, plans — is yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store your content and display it to you and the partner you pair with. You're responsible for what you add, and you confirm you have the right to add it (for example, photos that include other people).
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Please keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable — the Download a copy of our data button in Settings is there for exactly this.
To the extent permitted by law, the app and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. The app is a personal keepsake tool, not a system of record.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and post the new version here. Continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
